Q: How can I order ?

A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login or just click proceed to checkout and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email, and your registered Mobile number Order summary will also be stored to your account.

You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products.

Q: What information should I input when ordering?

6. What is the process for returning inflatable item ?

we always encourage buyers to make a video of inflatable product while unboxing so that in case of any manufacturing defects it would be easy for you to claim returns, but even if you forget to make the video while unboxing do not worry our team will take care of that, all the inflatable products if returned go through a inspection process by our team of expert associates, they found the product to be in original condition we would instantly process you return within 2-3 days.

8. Why there is no COD (Cash on Delivery) ?

At devil deals we have never worked on the concept of COD

  1. As all the products are available at very low margin, and when we do COD there is a cash collection charge which is charged by the courier company and to provide you better prices for the deals we do not do COD.
  2. As we are a deal website not a regular shopping website we always have limited pcs for the item and it just take only some days to week that all of the inventory is sold on prepaid basis so we never did COD

9. What if after making the payment I did not receive the order ?
